The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and I make no express or implied warranties or representations in relation to it.
For bespoke commissions, an assessment of requirements is completed and a Proposal of Works (PoWs) generated that includes: Estimated time needed for commission, size of canvas, required colours and styles and the price is agreed. Upon agreement of the PoWs, a price is agreed that includes delivery and is fixed.
Whilst great care is taken to ensure measurements, artwork descriptions, colours and techniques used are correct at the time of publication, please note that due to the limitations of photographic processes and variations of browser software (and devices used such as desktop to mobile/tablets etc), images may not be as exact as the original artwork itself.
I shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from, or in any way connected with, your use of this site or any information contained or derived from it (even where I have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage). This includes, without limitation, any damage for loss of profits, loss of information, or any other monetary loss.
I shall not take responsibility for the availability or content of any external sites or resources to which it has links and may not endorse or approve of any material on sites linked from or to this site. I accept credit and debit card payments over the phone using Intuit Pay payment technology. Your card information is processed and encrypted and never stored on any device resulting in full PCI compliance. Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro, American Express are accepted in any currency. I also accept Bank Transfers as my preferred method of payment. SWIFTBIC and IBAN numbers are available for International transactions and provided on the issued VAT (where applicable) Invoice (registered VAT number: 179 3395 61).
Return/Refund and Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event that the artwork is unsatisfactory, or damaged in transit, then please contact me as soon as possible to provide more detail to the issue and what resolution is necessary. Should the piece need to be returned, original packaging should be retained and used for returning the artwork back to me. I operate a 14 day refund policy. Upon receipt of its return you will be issued with a full refund unless a replacement has been agreed between us. You will need to bear the return shipping costs only. This does not affect your statutory rights.
