Your questions about my artwork answered.

My ambition is to make it as easy and transparent as possible for you to do business with me. By addressing I hope, many of the key areas of concern buyers often have about purchasing from artists' online galleries, art becomes more accessible to all.

Where can I see your paintings?

My paintings are viewable online via my website or if you want to physically see them you are most welcome to visit me at my home in West London where I paint.

How much do your paintings cost?

My paintings range in price, dependent on a number of factors, such as size, complexity etc. Prices can start from as little as £400, as I want to make my art affordable for all budgets. I use only quality canvas and painting materials.

How do I buy one of your paintings?

You can buy my paintings either by contacting me direct or via third party online galleries I use such as Saatchi Art. Just drop me a line via the contacts page link, direct email ([email protected]) or call me on +44 (0)7881 295823. If it’s for an existing piece, then I can give you the price or we can discuss your commission requirements upon which I will provide you with a price in a written quotation.

How do I know your artwork is original?

Each piece has my signature on the back and a fully signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity. I do not produce prints right now, so each piece is 100% original, some forming part of a series.

How long does a commission take?

This depends on how quickly you want it, as well as the considerations to your artwork’s brief of requirements. When reviewing and agreeing what you would like, I will provide you with an estimate of when the piece will be completed before you agree to proceed.

If I commission a piece of art, can the cost change?

I take great care to ensure we discuss in detail what your requirements are and agree a price with you and confirm this in a proposal. This also includes all packaging and transportation of the piece. The price is fixed, no changes thereafter.

What if I don’t like the art when it’s delivered?

Then you return the piece in its original packaging and I will refund you in full, upon receipt of the package and no damage. You only need to cover the cost of return, obtaining a proof of return receipt (e.g. Courier consignment tracking note) in the very rare situation that the piece goes missing.

How robust is the packaging?

It should be very rare that an artwork arrives damaged due to the great care taken to ensure each piece is properly wrapped using cling to protect the paintwork, bubble wrap, an insular card wrapping followed by an exterior cardboard package. I only use delivery companies that are specialist in artwork handling. If the artwork is damaged, then I will ask for its return where you may ask for either repair (if the art is repairable) or receive a refund in full.

How much will delivery cost?

Nothing. It is included in the fixed price.

What if I want to have the piece delivered to a non-UK address?

I will deliver the piece to the location you wish, including non-UK locations.

I am not based in the UK and would like to buy/commission a piece to send overseas

I am very happy to create work for non-UK based individuals and businesses and ship overseas. Payments can be accepted over the phone using Intuit Pay payment technology using Credit, Debit or bank payment transfers. The VAT invoice (VAT will be applied at the local market rate) will include payment methods available and will include UK Bank, IBAN and SWIFTBIC account numbers.

When and what do I pay?

For purchasing artwork already created, we agree the purchase price, I create a VAT invoice for you via email where you can make a payment in full, prior to dispatch.

For commissions, the price is agreed through a Proposal of Works order, where the price is then fixed. I take a deposit of 20%, payable via invoice. Upon completion of the artwork prior to dispatch, I will invoice you the remainder of the balance to be settled by either by Debit/Credit card or my preferred method of bank transfer. I have a 14 day full refund policy where, if, for any rare reason, you are not happy with the work when it arrives, I will refund you in full when I receive back the artwork, ideally in its original packaging. You just need to bear the cost of returning the artwork only (with no damage), keeping a copy of the return receipt.
